"Water Water Everywhere - But Is It Safe To Drink?" 

Presenter: Alan Woolf, MD, MPH, FAAP, FACCT, FACMT

 

Dr. Woolf has published over 300 papers on childhood poisonings and environmental hazards. He has published two books: The Children’s Hospital Guide to Your Child’s Health and Development (Perseus Publishers, Cambridge, MA) and, most recently, The History of Modern Clinical Toxicology (Academic Press, San Diego, CA). He is a past member of the executive committee of the American Academy of Pediatrics’ (AAP’s) Council on Environmental Health and Climate Change and the first author of the AAP’s latest policy statement on the safety of private wells as a source of drinking water by infants and children.

CERTIFICATION The University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry designates this live activity for a maximum of 1.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
